AfterseeingthenumberofkidsintheparkforEasterit’sbecomingrealclearthatourCourtyardcommunityhasbecomeafullfamilycommunity.With that comes a responsibility to protect the kids.Severalcommunitymembershavecalledtosaytheynoticedpeopledriving slower in theCourtyard.Maybe it’sworking.So wewillcontinuetostresswhenyou’redrivingintheCourtyardtodriveslow.Remember,ifyoudriveslowly,itonlytakesanextra15secondstogetfrom360tohomeorfromhometo360.Wethinkit’sworththeeffort,andwethankyouforyourhelpandconcern.
Message From Your President and Board Good Things Are Happening Welltheroadsaredoneandthegravelhasfinallygonewhereverloosegravelgoes.TheCourtyardismuchimprovedinappearancebecauseof theeffortsof the roadcrew. Wewere lookinga littleshabbywithallofthetarlinesdownthestreetsbutnowthatthelinesareathingofthepastandwecanproudlyandsafelydriveourcarswithoutfearofdentsfromflyingpebbles. Theheat isheretostayandthegardenshaveall takenontheirsummerlook.Thewinterflowershavewitheredorbeentakenawayandthesummerflowersareplantedandanticipatingalonghotrun.Theplantingaddawonderfullycozylooktoourenvironmentandmakethosewhopassthruourmidstrealizethatwecareaboutourhomesandthiscommunity. It is timetoenjoytheswimmingpool, thehikingtrailsandthetenniscourtstotheirfullestandtoreachouttoourneighborsenjoyingsocialgatheringsonthepatioandinthecomfortofourairconditionedhomes. Park Improvements TheBullCreekCommitteehasbeenveryactivethisspringmakingneededimprovementsinthepark.TheBar-B-Quegrillshavebeenrenovated,withnewgratesaddedandabrandnewgrillbeinginstalledatthetablebythepier.Also,newtrashcanshavereplacedtheolddilapidatedones,andanewtrashcanhasbeenplacedbytheplayscapeforusethere. Fire ants have been a problem this spring, but after severaltreatmentstheyarebeingeradicated. The trails are in good shape and are continually being kepttrimmed. MembersoftheBullCreekCommitteearegladtoseesomanypeople using the park especially in the mornings and in the lateafternoons.
