    INTRODUCTION AND OBJECTIVES

    The course is designed with the following objectives:

    1. To acquaint students with all relevant activities associated with the Supply Chain Management and

    its role in business.

    2. To familiarize students with quantitative and computer based approaches to Material Planning &

    Control, together with their practical applications and limitations.

    3. To make students aware of contemporary approaches to designing and managing Supply Chain

    systems.
