4 Adult Education Night Classes, Programmes & Services.
Autumn 2009
Introduction
Mr Sean Ashe
Chief Executive Officer
President of CEEOA
It gives me great pleasure to introduce this brochure detailing the night classes and Adult Education Services provided by County Kildare VEC.
Within County Kildare Vocational Education Committee, we believe that education should be available to all. Through our schools, colleges and adult education centres, we are en-deavouring to provide adults with the courses and the learning opportunities they require for continued development in leisure time, employment or re-employment.
In these times of economic challenges, County Kildare VEC will endeavour to provide a responsive, innovative and stimulating learning environment for all learners and courses which run in VEC schools and centres throughout the county through flexible and modular options. Certification takes place for many courses and is provided up to FETAC Level 6.
This autumn, we are introducing on-line registration through our website for Fee-Paying classes in night schools. People can also register in the traditional ways, postal enrolment, phone enrolment and school enrolment during September at specific times.
We welcome suggestions from the public for improvements in the services we provide.
I wish you every success with whatever course you take and hope you have an enjoyable and rewarding experience.
