THE SAMBURU COUNTY APPROPRIATION BILL, 2013

A Bill for

AN ACT of COUNTY, ASSEMBLY to authorize theissue of certain sums of money out of the CountyRevenue Fund and their application towards theservice of the year ending on the 30th June, 2014,and to appropriate those sums for certain publicservices and purposes

ENACTED by the County Assembly of Samburu, asfollows-

1. This Act may be cited as the Samburu County Appropriation Short title

Act, 2013.

2. The County Treasury may issue the sum of three billion, fifty Issue of K5h.3,054,865,345.60

four million, eight hundred and sixty five thousand, three hundred and out of the Countyforty five and sixty cents, out of the County Revenue Fund and apply it Revenue Fund for

towards the supply granted for the service of the year ending on the the service of theyear ending 30th

3. The sum granted by section 2 shall be appropriated for the Appropriation of
