Activities: Identity conducted a study of 1,000 youth. The findings showed that 50% of the youth were not doing well and approximately 13% were involved in extremely high-risk behaviors and had no protective factors. Together, they advocated to County Council, MCPS Board of Education, and the County Executive to commit to work together to come up with recommendations to address the crisis affecting Latino youth.
