Borgo San Felice, in the heart of Chianti, lies on a hill

350 m. above sea level, only 15 Km from Siena, 6 Km

from Castelnuovo Berardenga, an hour by car from

Florence and two and a half hours from the capital,

Rome. This jewel, set amid straight rows of vines and

olives, has something to offer for all visitors: the woods

on the steep slopes of the high Chianti Mountains, the

imposing castles in the vicinity, the vineyards and hills

descending towards the Crete Senesi.

the other, all of them well-appointed and provided with

kitchenette, telephone, radio, TV and heating, are

arranged on one or two floors and allow our guests to

choose the design that suits them best from among the

The hotel has 8 double rooms, 7 double superior, 13

double deluxe so as 6 Junior suite and 2 Senior suite.

all the rooms are provided with air conditioning, Satellite

Orcia and the distant 5,700 ft. summit of Tuscany's

site of the newly reconstructed luxury boutique hotel,

Castello di Velona. An 11th century fortress and once

the villa of famous Sienese families, the Castello di

This large villa surrounded by the vineyards of

Montefalco has been the Zuccari family's residence

since the end of the 16th century. The current owner,

Paolo Zuccari, has transformed it into a Relais de

Charme, with a 40,000-sqm park and a large swimming

A large, airy room enhanced by a hand-worked and

painted, 19th-century terra cotta tile ceiling, brought to

light during the long, painstaking restoration.

The Hotel Palazzo Bocci, in the hearth of the old town

centre of Spello, is the place where history, traditions

Situated in the heart of the historical center of Castellina

in Chianti, you will find the 15th century Palazzo

Squarcialupi.

In the past, the Palace was a noble residence with

agricultural activity and has recently been restored to

become the HOTEL PALAZZO SQUARCIALUPI.

Underneath the hotel, in the ancient vaults with its

suggestive stone structures, are the antique wine-cellars

where wine to this day is produced, fruit of the

prestigious vine-yards which extend around the village.

LocationOur hotel is situated in Via Ferruccio which is a

restricted traffic area. Guests are allowed to load and

unload their car in front of the hotel from 8 to 11 a.m.

and from 3 to 5 p.m. (except for Saturday mornings).

Out of this time, to avoid a fine, we ask you to park your

car in Via IV Novembre, near the police station

(Carabinieri), 1 hour parking, and proceed to the hotel.
