COUNSELING SERVICES help students to realize their academic and personal goals. …Meeting with a counselor can help students clarify issues, explore option and cope more effectively.

The Counseling & Guidance Section’s mission is;

MISSION

To provide and offer services which would contribute in comprehensive development & advancement of students through psychological Counseling & Guidance towards producing excellent graduates from University of Malaya

The Counseling & Guidance Section’s objectives are;

OBJECTIVES

- To provide professional services to students

- To Counsel Student to overcome issues hindering their

development

- To provide Career Counseling to facilitate career selection &

Planning to meet the job market

- To provide developmental services To develop student

capabilities

- To be a Resource Centre for students in University of Malaya

- To extend assistance for the disabled students in Their Academic

& Personal Development.
