At the February 11, 2015, meeting of the Troy Planning Commission, there was a review
of
Section Eight-A and
Eight-B of
the
Nottingham Estates Subdivision.
This Section
is
two
smaller subsections. This section
is
in general accordance with
the
approved preliminary
plan. The developer
is
The Land Company, Jessica Minesinger. All parkland was dedicated with Section One.
Other details reviewed are:
o Section Eight-A consists
of
4.063 acres
o There will
be
11 building lots on 2.813 acres
o The zoning is R-4 Single-Family Residence District,
with
a minimum
lot
size
of
9,000 square
feet
o Actual
lot sizes
range
from
10,193 square
feet to
17,598 square
feet
o There are four flood plain lots total 0.322 acres) that will be linked
to the
buildable lots
but
are not
considered buildable
o There
is
right-of-way dedication
of
0.928 acres Arrow Drive and Loxley Lane
o Section Eight-B consists of 4.303 acres
o There will be eight building lots on 3.530 acres
o The zoning
is
R-4, Single-Family Residence District, with a minimum lot size of 9,000 square feet
o Actual lot sizes range
from
10,629 square
feet to
27,312 square feet
o
There
is
right-of-way dedication of 0.773 acres - Governors Road and Loxley Lane
Information reviewed by the Commission
is
attached.
By
unanimous vote the Troy Planning Commission
has
recommended
to
the Troy City Council that the final plat
of Nottingham Subdivision Section Eight-A and Section Eight-B
be
approved, including the dedication of right-of
way. This matter is forwarded herewith for consideration of Troy City Council.
