Given the present trading condition, what is the prospect of the availability and prices of cotton in China and the US for the coming year? Will China continue to implement their reserves policy and are there correlations between cotton contents and offshore production shift? How will consumers, brands and retailers react to these changing conditions? These questions, including what the industry will do to pricing and consumption are among the most concerned in the market today.

With these issues in mind, the HK Cotton Spinners Association, the HK Association of Textile Bleachers, Dyers, Printers and Finishers, Sustainable Fashion Business Consortium and the Cotton Council International are co-organising this seminar to give you a view of where the cotton market is heading from the viewpoints of different segments along the cotton textile supply chain.
