COSYFLEXTEXTILE REINVENTED-NO CUTTING-NO WASTE

CosyflexTM is a non-woven environmentally friendly fabric that has an all-direction stretch and it is breathable and leak-proof at the same time; it is soft and comfortable to the touch and can create a material of any colour, shape, pattern, print or size. Cosyflex is a new fabric material and manufacturing technology, made by additive (3D) manufacturing which deposits layers of material to build up the fabric/product this enables production of finished goods in one-go, with no wastage, as the Cosyflex is sprayed on formers, allowing any surplus materials to be collected and re-used.

Fabric properties:• all-direction elasticity, • outstanding elongation, recovery and drape• leak proof, • breathable (microporous), • soft and comfortable, • dyeable, • can be made into any pattern, • natural, made from sustainable resources, uses only

purified natural latex and full biodegradability.  

Advantages of the manufacturing process:• Unlimited fabric variations - the strength,

elasticity, microporosity, shape and size can be easily altered for different products.

• Colour and pattern are fully customisable through the colouring of the viscose fibres, the latex or both.

• The manufacturing process of layering can be repeated to create multiple thicknesses.

• If sprayed onto a shape, there is no cutting involved in making the finished article.
