The prices listed for Costco in your survey are our non-member cash prices.

Costco members paying cash would receive even lower prices on each of these medications through the Costco

Member Prescription Program. There is no cost for a Costco member to enroll and participate. Prices under this

program are about 3 to 4 dollars less on each drug: Actos $13.29, Lipitor $10.46, Ambien $11.01, Lexapro $14.29,

Singulair $14.45.
