In his new role, McKenzie will work to expand the firm's service lines and assist Steve Purpura, Northeast market leader, to oversee the firm's daily operations in Boston, New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. McKenzie is a founding partner of Richards Barry Joyce Partners, a full-service commercial real estate firm acquired by Transwestern in 2013. He has also served as a managing director at Insignia/ESG. Jonathan Ninnis has been appointed partner and director of commercialprojects at OwnersCorp, Inc., a company specializing in representing owners in the management ofconstruction and renovation for high-end residential and commercial properties.

In his new role, Ninnis will now manage and expand OwnerCorp's commercial division.

Ninnis is a registered architect with more than 15 years of experience in both residential andcommercial project management and construction, most recently serving as vice president ofdevelopment for LL Holding Company. Over the course of his career, Ninnis has completed almost$500 million in projects spanning three million square feet of real estate.

Lozier, Huggett Joins CBRE

Douglas Lozier and Andrew Huggett (pictured, right) have joinedCBRE San Diego's occupier advisory and transactions group.

The experienced corporate occupier brokers have completed more than $250 million in transactionsover the past three years.

Most recently at Savills Studley, Lozier was previously a senior vice president and co-manager ofSan Diego operations, while Huggett held the title of managing director there. Before that, Lozierwas with CBRE for 15 years and Huggett was at NAI San Diego.

Kidder Mathews Nets Michael Jordan in San Diego Office

Michael D. Jordan has joined Kidder Mathews as a senior vice president inthe firm's San Diego office.

In his new role, Jordan will specialize in investment properties for Kidder Mathews, one of thelargest independently-owned commercial real estate firms on the West Coast.

Jordan has more than 19 years of commercial real estate experience, including stints at CushmanWakefield and CBRE. Throughout his career he has been involved in more than 445 transactionsincluding almost 25 million square feet of deals valued at over $525 million. Jordan has also beeninvolved in the entitlement and improvement of more than 7,300 acres and 3,500 residential lots.

Trademark Property Co. Names SVP of Development

Trademark Property Co. has hired Jeff Johnson as its new senior vicepresident of development.

Johnson will lead pre-development efforts for new, ground-up and major redevelopments of retailand mixed-use projects, and head up land acquisitions.

A 20-year industry veteran, Johnson previously served as director of real estate for Fareway Stores,Inc. He is the founder and president of Cormac Co., and also formerly served as vice president ofStone Creek Development. Johnson graduated from Saint Olaf College with a degree in economicswith an emphasis in finance and management.

The Roxborough Group has brought on institutional real estate investmentveteran Matthew McCormick to serve as senior vice president.

Based in the firm's San Francisco headquarters, McCormick will be in charge of sourcing andmanaging investment opportunities across the Western U.S. on behalf of Roxborough Fund I, thefirm's emerging private equity real estate fund.

McCormick previously co-led Stockbridge Capital Group's capital markets and acquisition team forthe Western U.S. He also served as an associate director for Cushman Wakefield's New Yorkinvestment banking group from 1999-2005.

LL Holding Taps Wiener as VP, Director of Leasing

Andrew Wiener has been promoted to vice president - director of leasing at LLHolding Company LLC.

In this new role, Wiener will partner with David Berkey, executive vice president in overseeing allleasing activity for the firm's 6.5 million-square-foot portfolio in New York City while continuing tounderwrite potential acquisitions for the company.

Wiener joined LL in 2010 as an associate and was promoted to leasing director in 2012. He hasclosed more than 1.7 million square feet in transactions valued at more than $400 million for thefirm. Before that, Wiener was an analyst and leasing agent with Cushman Wakefield's strategicagency service group.

One of the region's top tenant representation brokers, Darby brings more than 16 years of corporatereal estate experience. Darby was previously with Colliers as a broker from 2004 to 2009 beforeserving as a director of research and marketing with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank.

This time around, Darby will partner with Lindsey Carlson, vice president to bolster the team'stenant representation practice.

JLL Broadens Northern California Retail Team with New Hire

Based in the San Francisco office, White will focus on retail leasing and tenant representation withan emphasis on the restaurant industry.

White joins the firm from SRS Real Estate Partners, where he served as first vice president. Whiteholds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Utah.

Binswanger Adds Two VPs to Philadelphia Area Commercial Division

Wood Partners Appoints VP of Development

Wood Partners tapped Jack Kachadurian to serve as vice president of developmentfor the Denver and Rocky Mountain markets.

Kachadurian previously worked for Pritzker Realty Group as a senior associate in the firm's Chicagooffice. During that time, he helped close land acquisitions and the development of more than 2,000units nationwide. His career also includes serving as an investment sales real estate analyst for HFFin Chicago.

Colliers Names Cooper as Director, Multifamily Investment Sales

Prior to joining Colliers International Tampa Bay, Cooper worked with CBRE in Tampa and KansasCity, and earlier was with PricewaterhouseCoopers in its financial advisory services division.
