CORROSION CONTROL™ SYSTEMIN-TANK & IN-SUMP CORROSION PROTECTION

The Desiccant Pack acts to absorb humidity within the sump before it turns into corrosion-causing condensation within the containment.

REMOVE TANK WATER

Corrosion Control™ Advanced Protection (AP) submersible pumps feature powder- and e-coated finishes as well as stainless

steel components to combat the formation of corrosion.

The Water Separator suctions the tank bottom and separates out water and other corrosion contributors from the tank.

The Water Separator suctions the tank bottom to eliminate water and other corrosion contributors from the tank. System suctioning is driven by diverted fuel flow through an eductor. Clean fuel is returned to the

tank and the water/acid is stored for removal.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

The Corrosion Control™ Water Separator is paired with an EVO™ Series

Automatic Tank Gauge (ATG) to completely automate operation. From

controlling scheduled run time, to alerting the station owner when it’s

time to clear the collected water - the EVO™ Series ATG handles it all.

The Corrosion Control™ Sensor’s data is routed through the ATG to alert station

owners to the potential formation of corrosion. It also provides a warning for

high levels of moisture which may indicate it’s time for the Desiccant Pack

to be replaced.

SYSTEM CONTROL

The sensor has dual purpose functionality; detecting and alerting station owners to the presence of a corrosive atmosphere in sumps or tank ullages as well as the ability to detect high levels of humidity that could lead to corrosion.
