1 5 .Detailed Scope of

Work Point: 5.3.4.3 &

Point: 5.3.4.7

28 1. A folder to store the mini-account statements

2.Logistic delivery plan of the plastic card and PIN

mailer through separate couriers to the customer

Since Mini accounts and Card are

two different activities done at

different locations, folder can be

removed from the RFP as it will

unnecessarily increase the cost

as card to be delivery is one time

activity but Mini Statement is

regular activity.

The folder is for storing mini

account statement generated

in ATMs by the customer.

Hence no change required.

2 5 .Detailed Scope of

Work Point: 5.4.8

29 The EJ should be replicated in another location as

advised by the Bank. The Bidder should have the

facility to extract the Electronic Journals of all the

transactions in each of the ATMs, to a centralized

location /Server for reconciliation purpose. Hence

the storage for the same must be factored based on

the Business Projections stipulated in this RFP.

6 Annexure 01 - Eligibility

Criteria: Point No. 2

103 The Bidder should have been in existence for a

minimum period of 5 years in India from the date of

this RFP.

The EFT Switching industry under

the Sponsor bank model (ASP

model) came into existence only

in July 2011 after NPCI created a

separate platform for the same.

Any organisation / company that

was conceived and incorporated

in order to only meet the limited

objective of catering to the Sub-

member banks and with a niche

focus, could not have been in

existence prior to the year 2011.

Hence, we request you to reduce

the number of years of existence

to three.

The criteria pertain to

company's existence in India.

The RFP requirement remains

unchanged.

7 Annexure 01 - Eligibility

Criteria: Point No. 4

103 Bidder should have an average annual turnover of

atleast INR 100.0 crore for the last three financial

years.

In the interest of this tender

being catered to by focused and

niche players with extensive

knowledge / expertise of the

technology, processes and

protocols involved in the EFT

Switching under Sub-

membership model, we request

you to relax this criterion in order

that we can participate in this

tender.

RFP criteria remain unchanged.

8 Annexure 01 - Eligibility

Criteria: Point No. 12

107 The Bidder should have its own managed services

Centre operation in India and should have

successfully installed and / or carried out ATM

managed services for a minimum of 300 Operational

ATMs on an Opex model over a period of last 3 years

from this RFP date.

Our understanding is that the

prime requirement in the tender

is to provide EFT / ATM Switching

services to Tamilnadu DCCBs

under Sub-membership model

(through ASP). While ATM driving

services are undertaken by the

EFT Switching services provider,

the rest of the scope of ATM

services including deployment,

commissioning, installation at the

site, cash replenishment services,

etc are typically undertaken by

the standalone MSP services

firms and are not under the

scope of the EFT Switching

Solution provider. We request

you to change this criterion to:

"The Bidder should have the

capability to offer ATM driving

services and should also monitor

the uptime / downtime of the

ATMs thus deployed."

The RFP requirement remains

unchanged

9 Annexure 01 - Eligibility

Criteria: Point No. 14

107 The Bidder should have installed and / or carried out

ATM Managed services on the proposed ATM Switch

on hosted model - for at least one Scheduled Bank in

India, and having more than 300 ATMs.

Again, this pertaining to the MSP

services for ATM - which are not

typically under the scope of the

EFT Switching Services provider.

Instead, we request you to

change this to: "The Bidder

should be offering the ATM

Bank expects the Bidder to be

responsible and experienced to

handle the complete setup.

108 The proposed ATM Switch solution must be

managing and driving a minimum of 300 operational

ATMs across at least One Scheduled Bank in India as

on the date of RFP.

Typically, only Small banks / Co-

operative banks (although

Scheduled) opt for ASP model for

'Rupay - Switching'. We firmly

believe that this criterion be

changed to: "The Bidder should

have catered to at least one

Scheduled Bank in India, and

further, the Bidder should be

driving a total ofat least 300

ATMs on its EFT / ATM Switch."
