Performance Based Appraisal System

Introduction

Academic Performance Indicators (API) Scores are developed by UGC for adoption of Performance Based Appraisal

System(PBAS) for Career Advancement Scheme(CAS)

It is mandatory requirement for Universities to select and promote faculty members

PBAS is an effective tool for the assessment of Annual Performance and determination of Annual Increment
