FEEDING THE COWS 1. THE WEATHER 2. THE FARM 3. THE COW
We arrived at Ambury Farm Park. The sky was a brilliant blue. No clouds were floating above us. The wind whistled through the trees as the branches waved at us. We had lunch and then walked over to the animals. The farm was a patchwork quilt of grass and fences. There were lots of animals, like cows, chickens and goats. The chocolate brown cow was grazing in the field. We walked towards it. Katie grasped at the long grass, pulling up a big bunch. The cow started trudging over toward us as Lachlan put his hand through the wire fence. A long, wet tongue darted out of the cow’s mouth as it munched down the delicious grass.Mr Williams, 2014
