Affidavit of Glory Cove Ministeries,

ACorporation Sole

Glory Cove Ministeries, a Corporation Sole, is providing the information below to facilitatethe administrative duties of the Steward of Glory Cove Ministeries.

Whereas, the Steward has determined that the following private information concerning

Glory Cove Ministeries is necessary for, including but not limited to, opening and maintainingbank accounts and obtaining private funding for the mission of Glory Cove Ministeries.

Therefore, acting in the capacity as Steward of Glory Cove Ministeries and steward

therefore, I certify and confirm that the following information is true, accurate, correct and notmisleading:

1. Glory Cove Ministeries, a Corporation Sole, formed on the 2nd day of May in the year ofOur Lord Two Thousand Three, is as of this date a valid and operating Corporation Sole.

2. The current Steward is: David Alen Stone;3. The powers of the Steward and his/her successors include, but are not limited to: Any

and all acts and performance any individual may lawfully do in any state or country,

subject only to the restrictions herein noted and in conformance with common law: TheSteward, on behalf of and for Glory Cove Ministeries, has the power to contract, sue andbe sued and otherwise function in all courts of justice and places of lawful jurisdiction, in

all matters and proceedings whatever; including but not limited to the acts necessary toestablish, own, operate, buy, sell, separate, trade, barter, donate, rent, lease, bank, invest,

pledge, borrow, hypothecate, assign, lien, mortgage, own stock in or entire charters ofcorporations, companies or associates, both real and personal property including, but not

limited to, mortgages, securities, options, bonds, notes, contracts or credits of any formfor any reason.

4. All transactions, to be legally binding upon Glory Cove Ministeries, require the signatureof the Steward and the Official Seal of Glory Cove Ministeries. Notice has been giventhat the Steward is not personally liable for transactions of Glory Cove Ministeries andsuch liability shall not be implied or assigned except upon the express written agreement

of the Steward. The Steward is acting in his/her fiduciary and representative capacity tocarry out the wishes of the Creator of this Corporation Sole. All liabilities and

settlements should be sought against Glory Cove Ministeries and its assets.

5. This Corporation Sole is organized as Glory Cove Ministeries and is mandatorily exemptfrom all Internal Revenue Service reporting requirements. Glory Cove Ministeries is a

qualified organization and as such is able to accept tax deductible donations to fund itsmission.

6. Confidentiality and Privacy: It is Glory Cove Ministeriess policy to require that allinstitutions/parties, with which it does business, keep all business matters, documents and

information relating to Glory Cove Ministeries private and confidential. Any inquirymade into the accounts or other business of Glory Cove Ministeries requires that you

personally and your institution immediately notify the Steward and seek written

permission before any information is divulged otherwise Glory Cove Ministeries will bedamaged due to said breach of confidentiality and privacy.

The undersigned hereby declares that Glory Cove Ministeries has not been modified oramended in any manner which would cause the representations set forth herein above to be

incorrect. This certification is being signed and executed in conformity with all laws governingCorporations Sole.
