Body Re-engineering Program Bi-Weekly 1 hour Fitness Sessions

as of part a Comprehensive 3 Months Fitness Challenge

+ Aerobic Workouts + Yoga Sessions + Zumba Dance Aerobics + Diet Plans

This is a comprehensive program held at your location which aims at helping the participants to get fitter, slimmer and more energetic. The highlights of this program are>> - Sessions are held during for office time at the beginning of the day or at the end. - Highly energizing sessions of Yoga / Aerobics / Zumba are held bi-weekly. - All sessions start with 10 mins Warmups to include Walking, Stretching, Jumping

Jacks, twists etc. - Yoga > Power asanas for flexibility, back, abs, legs followed by Surya Namaskar,

Breathing exercises, Anulom Vilom, Kapal Bhati and Shavasana - Aerobics > Intensive aerobics for cardiovascular fitness, strengthening and toning

of arms, abs, back. Skipping, 60 secs shuttle and other fun activities are included - Zumba > This is latest form of Dance + Aerobics which is very energizing plus

entertaining. Helps cardio vascular fitness as well as in enhancing flexibility. - Feedback > The last ten minutes are spent in discussing the progress made by

each participant in his/her fitness quest and queries are answered. - Handout > Every week one handout is given to the participant containing

important aspects of diet / fitness / motivation. - Motivation > We realise that motivation is the most important part of a fitness

quest. Hence our trainers use a lot of motivation and visualisation exercises during the session.

- Weight and Waist check> Weight and waist measurements are taken every three weeks to check the progress.

- Personal Counseling > Participants who have a high risk BMI are given personal counseling.

Sufficient space for exercises is required for this program at your office location
