Mental Wellbeing Group Mobility

Several times a week Dr.Nadine will offer a guided

mobility session to promoteflexibility and reduce neck

and lower back problems. Wejust need ten minutes, foam

rollers and lacrosse balls.This method can be more

effective than having groupexercise classes on-site.

Contracting out ergonomicwork is more of a fitting

session than a solution. It isbeneficial to have timely

reassessments andreminders in order for the

user to remain in anergonomic position. Having

Dr. Nadine on-site allowsher to help keep the

ergonomic program updatedand effective.

Stress, anxiety, depression,fatigue are a concernwithin the workforce.Having a place to unwind atwork, such as the post-chiropractic treatmentroom with zero gravitychairs and a waterfall,promotes rest, healing,clarity of thought andcalmness.

Dr. Nadine teaches employees

how to eat to boost mental

performance. Also offered are

healthy eating programs for

weight management called "Dump

the Plump" or Look Better

Naked." Employees learn how to

cook through cooking challenges

called "Knife Fight."  

Team up to win a company wide

group health challenge. Examples

are push­up contests, accumulated

steps, attendance at health events

and clinic use. Dr. Nadine

organizes these challenges and

uses mobile applications and

fitness trackers to obtain results. 

The patient preferred method

to relieving  neck, back and

arm pain. Research proves it

is more effective than

massage. It is drug­free,,

boosts immune health, sleep

quality, and exercise

capacity. It easily integrates

into the office setting and

may reduce insurance

premiums through healthcare

cost­savings.

Dr. Nadine uses techniques

beyond the chiropractic

adjustment to restore function

and reduce pain in the body.

Massage­like techniques with

rehabilitative exercises right at

the work site ensures a reduction

in injury and time lost due to

absenteeism. 

After a health risk assessment

and goal setting by the

employee, Dr. Nadine coaches

the individual toward goal

achievement. From blood

pressure, blood sugar level, and

weight loss to sleeping better,

increasing activity level, and

core strength. She is also a

resource of medical knowledge

to help navigate the medical

needs of employees.
