We offer training in Soft skills with over 67 courses that aims at enhancing job performance and skills in the following areas: Office Skills, Personal Development, Administration, Call Centre Sales, Sales and Marketing, Management, Leadership, Team Building. Microsoft: Microsoft based courses for new and frequent pc users. Our current range of 51 Microsoft courses includes numerous related applications from beginner to expert level that even frequent pc users will require at least some training to grasp many of the more advanced features available. Courses offered from beginner to expert level and range from 2007 to current in the following Microsoft programs: Access, Excel, Groove, InfoPath, Lync, Microsoft 365 programs, OneNote, Outlook, Power Point, Project, Publisher, Share Point, Visio, Windows, Word Media: A Professional digital filming workshop for business or personal skills development. On completion of this course one would be able to successfully Script, Shoot and Edit your own film from start to finish in these areas: Corporate functions, Training Videos, Promotional Videos, Team Builds, Advertisements, Conferences, Functions and Music Videos. Industry: Recommended by TETA as RPL centre for Seta Accredited unit standard for Transport and Industry Related Courses. Course delivery Instructor Led Training will be provided in house or at a conference venue. All
prices include learning material on cd, power point slides for easy reference as handouts.
Throughout the course participants are encouraged to share their own personal experiences and concerns through practical exercises and small group discussions.
Theoretical materials that are used cover the principles of communication as well as tools and techniques for use in the business environment.
Practical exercises will ensure that the knowledge gained is both transferred and instilled.
Course Assessments and Feedback Course assessment forms are completed at the end of every course by
participants.
Individual feedback reports to participants for some courses and an assessment report submitted to company as feedback for all other courses.
Certification Certificates of compliance/competence are issued for some courses and
certificate of attendance are issued for all other workshops.
Online training Our material is online friendly to enable instructor led online training with the use of web based technology for our Microsoft courses facilitated by a Microsoft certified trainer.
Duration of Courses Individual course duration range from 1 day to 5 days, with a 40 minute lunch break and a 15 minute morning and afternoon tea break. Please refer to specific courses to view the duration.

Administration
Quotations
All quotations submitted are tailored to best suit each Client's special needs and requirements. They are valid for 15 days from date of issue.
Bookings
An invoice will be issued upon receipt of a signed booking confirmation form.
Cancellations
Cancellations or postponements of training must be received in writing 5 working days, prior to the course or seminar. A cancellation or postponement fee of 100% will be charged should written cancellation not be received.
Invoicing
An invoice will be issued once the booking confirmation has been signed and submitted. The invoice is delivered on commencement of the training.
Cost of Courses
Prices might differ if training is held at alternative venues that are not provided by the client. Please request for a quotation if cost of course is not stipulated.
Payment
Payment is to be made on the day of or prior to the training via EFT or bank guaranteed cheques made out to the company.
Certificates
These are issued at the end of the soft skills training or within a week after completion of the training, to successful candidates. Subject to payment having been received.

70% Practical training and 30% Theory
Certification: Certificate of competence will be issued on completion of course

An up to date Spirometry study guide using current South African guidelines
Stationery including pens, writing material, worksheets and calculators
Spirometers and disposables
Mid morning tea, light lunch and afternoon tea to be provided by company if in house training is done. Course Outcomes: Providing learners with necessary skills and knowledge to effectively plan, carry out and evaluate/interpret a lung function test. Course Content:
Anatomy and physiology of the respiratory tract.
Basic background to spirometry and spirometers.
Calibration, quality control, maintenance and cleaning of the spirometer.
Techniques used to perform a lung function test.
How to prepare a subject for spirometry, indications and contra-indications.
How to perform a lung function test correctly.
Techniques on how to achieve technically acceptable results.
How to interpret volume curves and measurements of spirometry accurately.
Recording and reporting normal and abnormal results.
