The Winston Golf Club is a championship 18-hole golf course playing between 5,401 to 7,037 yards from four sets of tees. A redesign of the course was completed by renowned golf architect Les Furber in 1992 and features beautiful mature trees, water hazards and many well-placed sand and grass bunkers. The golf club is an oasis just minutes away from the heart of the city and is easily accessible from Deerfoot Trail.

1. Players arrive to register (1.5 hrs prior to shotgun should be enough time), and receive tee-gifts (if applicable).
2. Players enjoy breakfast or lunch (1.5 hrs prior up to 20 min before start).
3. Pre-tournament announcements are made with sponsor messages and tournament rules in the staging area prior to lead out to golf course (20 min before start).
4. Tournament starts--players have about 5 hours to enjoy playing on the golf course.
5. Players come in to the Clubhouse for the banquet and for the prize presentations.
Schedule of Events
1. Men tee off from the white markers; ladies tee off from the red markers.
2. Each player tees off.
3. One drive will be selected by mutual agreement (all other drives are picked up) and all team members will play from the selected drive position.
4. This procedure continues until the team reaches the playing green where each player then proceeds to putt from within one putter head length of the selected spot.
5. This process continues until one player has holed out (the other players don’t need to hole out once this has happened).
6. The score recorded should be the actual score without handicap deduction.
7. Should a team have to play from a bunker, the bunker may be raked after each shot in order to recreate the lie.
8. 3 tee shots must be used per player in a team. In the case of only 3 players on a team, each player would alternate hitting a fourth ball.
