To minimise your workload, Instant sets up viewings at the offi ces you prefer, so that you or one of your team can inspect the properties to identify those that best suit your needs. Your account manager will liaise directly with your preferred centres to determine the precise details of their offer. We always use the competition in the local market to ensure we can negotiate the best deal, delivering your ideal offi ce every time. Our service means that you will have everything you need to
speed through your internal approvals process and move as

As part of our service, and at your direction, all the negotiations

An Instant solution...Following the earthquake, tsunami
and subsequent nuclear disaster in
Japan in 2011, many companies found
themselves needing to move out of
their offi ces to safer locations for an
indefi nite period. One of our preferred
partner clients, an international news
agency, needed to move 30 Tokyo-
based employees out of their offi ce
as quickly as possible to somewhere
further from the disaster area. Instant
received the request towards the end
of the Tokyo working day on Thursday,
and by using resources in Europe,
Australia and America we were able
to relocate all 30 employees by the
following morning in Osaka.

An outsourced offi ce for SercoInternational service company, Serco, turned to Instant for an offi ce to accommodate 280 people for a two year project. With limited in-house resource to search for and manage a new offi ce, an all-inclusive solution from Instant was ideal.
Swing space for Network RailNetwork Rail needed an offi ce for 400 people to use as a stop gap whilst their permanent headquarters in York was refurbished. Using local contacts, Instant identifi ed suitable space in an adjacent building and secured a two year lease, managed its refurbishment and took on the running of the offi ce for the duration of the contract.
