Social responsibility in the textile industry

Textiles firms are slowly realizing their responsibility towards various industries associated with them and the environment.

The ways in which a textile firm can fulfill its responsibilities is similar to others firms:

Towards employees: • Providing a competitive and

remuneration, promotion and other policies

• Providing opportunities to voice their opinion and complaints and have an effective policy for the solution of these complaints.
