Marcelo Pereira, director of OTZ Engineering says that by 2011 the company grew by 324% and that the expectation for this year is an increase of over 100% This means that the revenue will jump from OTZ R $ 12.5 million in 2010 to $ 60 million in 2012. In addition, she is entering this year, the market for energy efficiency, and has earned certificates from the National Organization of the Petroleum Industry (ONIP) and ship parts catalog. The other achievement is the recebte CRCC, obtained in 33 types of services.

Imboassica - Macaé – PETROBRAS - Implementation of the Treatment Station for Industrial (ETDI) Waste and Study of the Contribution of Rain Water in Oily Boxes

(Conceptual)

Characterization of waste generated, currently packed in sealed boxes of concrete, from washing and cleaning of contaminated parts with oil and chemicals.

The flow to be treated by sewage treatment plant will be 4m ³ / h, considering the rainy day.

The treatment plant has a preliminary treatment consisting of railing, bowl / storage tank system oily extravasor and basin / storage tank system contaminated.

Evaluation of the company: In implementing these services, this company has obtained the 100 (hundred) concept, as the evaluation system in vigor by PETROBRAS.

The development was based on the sequence of treatment chosen by PETROBRAS. The Design was designed following the steps: • Quantitative preliminary equipment; • Sizing of the tanks of the treatment system; • Sizing Splitter box water / oil (SAO), with dissolved

air flotator of sand and charcoal filters and decanters;

• Initial survey costs.
