About Us

Chief Executive OfficerAllen obtained degree from National University of Malaysia (UKM)

and Master Degree from United State. Started as the counselor

cum Marketing Executive in the well-known college in Malaysia at

1995, his passion at that time was to conduct all sorts of personal

development workshop and seminar to the college students. Allen

Lee was previously very involved actively in the social responsibil ity

activit ies. He used to hold the position as the Deputy President of a

Youth association named “Malaysian Young Graduates Association

(GRADUAN)”.

He has been actively involving in this association for more than 8

years. In GRADUAN, he has been promoting Training to the rural

poor area with the effort of National I.T Council and Ministry of

Youth and Sports. Allen started Jiwa Asia Technology Sdn Bhd (the

mother company of BoostsOn Dot Com Sdn Bhd) back in 2002, Jiwa

Asia Technology Sdn Bhd at that point of time was a company that

very focus on the National I.T Vocational Training.

In 2004, due to his passion on people development, he initiated

another company, Peoplelogy Organization Sdn Bhd, a People

Development Solution company that assist SME on growing their

People, Customer and Methodology. Allen plays a key role in the

company as a strategic planner in term of business development of

the company as well as the financial planner for the company

expansion. His vision is to make training simplif ied by creating more

innovative marketplace for the business community in South East

Asia.

Lim Szu Yee (Director)Szu Yee obtained a Secretary Diploma in ICSA. After graduation, she used

to work in a few companies in the area of Human Resources Management.

Her passion is on helping companies to grow the people by implementing

a great Human Resource Management such as Staff Benefit and

compensation plan, Staff recruiting and staff training, Payroll and

Industrial relations as well.

She currently plays the key role of the Human Resources for Peoplelogy

Group of Companies, of which it include BoostsOn Dot Com Sdn Bhd

Osman Bin Sidek (Director)Osman is always perceived as a very fr iendly and yet very result driven

person. He is currently the Personal Assistance to a Chairman of a very well

known construction company. He has been involve in the construction

industry for more than 20 years. A horse lover, horse trainer too to many

winning award horses. Due to the passion of training, Osman started to

involved an the human capital training since 2011.

He is currently the key role of Business Development of the BoostsOn Dot

Com Sdn Bhd.

David Lim Hun Soon (Business Advisor) David Lim, a senior partner of KPMG, a well known Accounting firm

worldwide, just retired early of 2012. A person that has more than 30 years

in KPMG and has vase experience on accounting & financial management

has assisted many SME to l ist to the Bursa Malaysia. David Lim, is currently

coaching Allen, the CEO of BoostsOn Dot Com Sdn Bhd in the area of

strategic Business Planning and the financial perspective of the

Peoplelogy Group of Companies.
