Transnational Diversified Group

Transcontainer (TCL) Philippines, Inc. is a joint venture of Transnational Diversified

Group (TDG) and Transcontainer Limited, established in July 1995. TCL is involved in

import and export documentation, consolidation of FCL and LCL cargo, break bulk

cargo handling and warehousing.

A highly-successful business group of over 30 diversified and

dynamic companies engaged in Total Logistics, Ship Management,

Air & Travel Services, Information & Communications Technology

and Investments.

TDG was established in Manila, Philippines in the Dragon Year of

1976.It was founded by Mr. Jose Roberto Delgado, who was then in

his early 30's... and the late Mr. Kiyoshi Osawa, who was then 70
