ProductionFacilityThe highlight of the manufacturing facility of is its production layout, which incorporates UNiCOS

processing of material in separate areas, dedicated zones for assembling various components,

separate finishing zones, QC and packing areas.

State of the Art Machineries

The company is having 35 wood working

and 52 metal working ultra modern

German/Ital ian machineries at i ts

production shop floor to give quick and

accurate output all the time. The CNC

technology is at the heart of such

machines.

UNiCOS has the unique amalgamation

of machine and manpower to make its products popular in the market.

Design & DevelopmentIn a design is nurtured till it transforms into a perfect kind of seed to become a sapling and UNiCOS

ultimately a fruit bearing tree.

An appropriate creation gives pleasure, i.e. if the design works well in the market not only it gives

revenue to the creator but it provides enormous amount of brand value and goodwill.

UNiCOS has a strong in-house cohesive

design team of about 15 designers and

technical persons. Concepts are discussed

here, across functions to filter out any

anomalies in the same and the simplest

solution personifying the concept is

perceived and is worked upon.
