WHERE WE STARTED

Multiprof was founded in 1998 by Abrie Snyman. Abrie qualified as a Town and Regional Planner at the University of Pretoria in 1980, after which he spent the next ten years gaining experience as a senior Town Planner at the City Council of Pretoria and the Department of Housing. In 1990 he started acting as a consultant for the property industry. Since then – driven by vast amount of knowledge about the industry and our ability to connect the dots - the intrepid one man operation has grown to a versatile yet focused consulting enterprise offering a spectrum of services including• Town planning• Architectural design• Sectional title complex audits• Building plans• Providing property information to property industry, mostly in the Tshwane Region• Training on property related issues mainly to the property professional fraternity

Over and above serving a client basis that covers the spectrum from the corporate sector to individual home owners, we are committed to educating and training estate agents on issues around Town Planning and Building Plan issues relevant to their Agents profession.

ARCHITECTURAL PLANNING TOWARDS PERFECTION

We undertake architectural projects from residential units to blocks of flats and commercial buildings. No project is too small or too big for us to embark on. We can assist from start to finish. Areas of expertise include, concept design, design development, documentation and completion (but are not limited to project inception).

Strengthened by our daily interaction with various Municipalities and other build environment professionals, our menu of services includes the obtaining of approved building plans, occupational certificates and Sectional Title plansWe provide information and assistance on Town Planning and Architectural matters, updating property professionals on the latest Town Planning and building plan issues which affect the feasibility of a development and/or proposed development as well as the value of the property.
