TOP PRIORITY – DRILL THE CVI

THE CVI PROJECT MUST BE DRILLED to establish a Resource Calculationon this highly prospective Liberty license.

Liberty management intends to make the CVIProject a top priority at the end of rainy season(December 2008) with the intention of rapidlyundertaking an extensive drill program overthe CVI Prospect.

Based on geochemical and geophysicalresults received to date on the property Liberty geologists believe this should prove a very significant potential Gold Deposit in the Putu CVI Region.

Summary of Liberia Gold Projectsextracted from Liberty Corporate Profile prepared by

“IBK Capital Corporation”Toronto Ontario

• Liberia is surrounded by a horseshoe of countries with some of the richest gold bearing mines in the world

• Liberia has two of the richest gold bearing rock types in the world (Birimian and Archaean)

• Liberia holds great mineralogical potential which has never been systematically explored

• Liberty is the largest holder of mineral exploration territory in Liberia with 18 gold exploration projects underway and high potential for the discovery of significant and/or world class gold deposits.

Liberia Gold Potential In Conclusion:

Additional Liberia ProjectsSnapshot of Targets for Future More Advanced Exploration or JVs

Other highly prospective Liberty projects include:

The KPO Mountain Project: (1,000 km2)Six significant gold anomalies (projects) have been identified to date with grab samples assaying up to 2.575 oz/t gold and one quartz veinlet sample showing visible gold assayed at 475.3 oz/t gold The Grand Kru Project: ( km2)A transported quartz sample from creek entering the main mining site and two ‘Refuse’ grab sample assays of quartz from a hard rock target pit being mined by local artisanals include 8.7 oz/ton, 3.8 oz/ton and 8.1 oz/ton goldThe Kuobahn Mountain Project: ( km2)In view of the historic and current artisanal mining activities, the local geology and assay results over a 20 km long strike provide strong indication that economical gold mineralization may exist within the project areaThe Bomi Alasala Mandingo Hill Project: ( km2) A short exploratory drill program (under 1,000 meters), without additional guidance of geophysics, resulted in hitting mineralization in all 11 short holes (up to 0.7m @ 58.3 g/t Au) but possibly missed the main target. Liberty intends to resume drilling after more advanced exploration is completed. Gibi Mountain and Nimba NE Projects: ( km2)

Nelson BC Chamber of Mines(Extract from Government Website)

“Mining built The Kootenay-Boundary Region of BC. Over 40 Billion dollars of metal has come from the region and not only built towns but also great companies such as Cominco and Placer. The Region has a mild temperate climate, great infrastructure (including Teck Cominco’s world-leading zinc-lead smelter), and great geology. The Region is well-developed with a strong highway and forest road network, rail lines, hydro-electric power generation capacity, and a highly skilled workforce. The potential exists to produce another 40 Billion dollars in metals…”

“Bob Thompson of the Geological Survey of Canada said, “The South has the infrastructure, your exploration dollar goes ten times further, you can mine much lower grade and much lower tonnage because the infrastructure is here. The most economically viable piece of country in Western Canada is adjacent to the 49th parallel. This is an area of high economic potential and it hasn’t had any money spent on it for a long time. There has not been nearly enough activity and maybe it is time to generate something new here.” “Still true today!”

Phelps drilled 4 short holes north of Dunn Creek (1999) The three wild cat exploration holes naturally had limited success as they apparently drilled between the since further defined and mapped three potential mineralized lenses.Phelps geologists recommended more work but the option was dropped reportedly to prioritize other projects

Re-evaluation of the geophysical data in conjunction with regional mapping and additional sampling has resulted in further drill targets

Big Buck Moly Project – assays from 5 highest grab samples average .347% Mo (not MoS2), geochemical soil anomaly impressive, easy access to exploration area from the town of Nelson, BC and a power grid running nearby through the property greatly reduce potential costs King Solomon Silver Project – over 9km long area where over 70 historic mines operated at the turn of the century. Near term plan is to run Titan 24 Deep Earth Imaging over the area to determine potential drill targets by means of highly advanced geophysics, hydro grid and good roads run through propertyBird Creek Project – Gold, Copper, Silver potential. Historic production averaged 1.73 oz/t gold and 1.538 oz/t silver. Highest assays from boulder/float samples in 2007 include up to 39.6 g/t gold, 332 g/t silver and 5.99% copper. Highest assay in 2008 from chip samples include 8.26 g/t gold, 54 g/t silver and 4.55% copperLanark Silver Lead Zinc Project – Highest value grab sample from outside adit #1 graded 1206 g/t Ag, 38.5% Pb, 21.5% Zn and highest chip sample outside adit #2 graded 9.61 g/t Au, 256 g/t Ag, 7.47% Pb, 9.8% Zn. The old Isabella Mine is located 300 meters down-slope from the Lanark mine and an excerpt from the annual report of the Minister of Mines of British Columbia for year ending 1882 states, “Some very fine Argentiferous Grey Copper yielded samples as high as 2,600 oz/ton Silver”Badshot Silver Lead Zinc Project – BC Gov’t Minfiles record past production of 128 metric tons ore mined recovered 206 oz/t Ag, 1359 lb/t (70%) Pb, 7.9% Zn. Assays from 7 chip samples (2008) averaged 1205 g/t Ag, 35% Pb and 6.46% Zn with a highest value from quartz vein of 4759 g/t Ag, 38.79% Pb, 19.5% Zn. A .33 meter wide sugary vein cutting through both walls of main old adit graded 2247 g/t Ag, 65.5% Pb and 16.2% Zn, and a recent sample donated to Nelson Chamber of Mines assayed 899 oz/t AgOrphir Lade Gold Silver Project – historic production from 12 tons of ore recovered over 1 oz/t gold and a sample of best ore from an adit included 20.6 g/t silver and 10.5 oz/t gold Gold Hill Gold Copper Silver Project – BC Ministry of Mines 1927 Yearbook records past production of 53.8 tons of ore averaged 127.67 oz/t gold, 83.68 oz/t silver and 1,017 lbs of copper in 1921Queen Victoria Copper Silver Zinc Project – historic production of 49,992 tons @ 3.37% Cu and 19.5 g/t Ag, chip samples (2007) returned values up to 66 g/t Ag, 5.99% copper Skillet Creek Silver Lead Zinc Project – initial boulder samples assayed as high as 1045 g/t Ag, 12.8% Pb and 9.1% Zn

Liberia Exploration ProgramsLiberty International Mineral Corporation - Liberia

Summary of Canadian Poly-metallic Projects

• The Kootenay Region of British Columbia has produced over $40 Billion dollars of metal which has not only built the majority of towns in the region but also great mining companies.

• The Kootenay Region has great infrastructure in place including roads, rail, hydro, water and a nearby world-class non-ferrous smelter.

• The Kootenay Region was basically forgotten for several decades but has recently experienced a high renewal of interest and activity by numerous exploration companies due to its great geological potential and changes in government policy towards exploration and mining in the last number of years.

• Liberty is the largest holder of mineral tenure in the Kootenays (in fact all of BC) and has 12 exploration projects underway and good potential for the discovery of significant poly-metallic deposits.

Corporate Goals ForwardLiberty International Mineral Corporation

Liberty is NOT STATING or INFERRING that the Companycurrently has any proven resources within its properties

The properties are considered highly potential of holding significant deposits but the only way to determine true inferred resources, resources or reserves on the Liberty licensed tenures is to drill and conduct resource calculations based on advanced exploration results

Liberty is planning numerous drill programs over its extensive holdings in both Liberia West Africa and in Canada to further determine the true value and potential of the properties under exploration with the goal of increasing shareholder value

WARNING

Corporate Goals ForwardLiberty International Mineral Corporation

High Risk / High Potential

It takes serious money to fund an aggressive Exploration Program.

But with the right properties, sufficient funding and professional administrative and geological team the possibility to succeed is substantially heightened.

Liberty continues to rapidly build toward that Goal with the aim of greatly increasing company value and potential shareholder return on investment
