CNH Industrial N.V., a new Group created from the merger of Fiat Industrial and CNH Global,fi rst began operations in September 2013.

CNH Industrial’s brands bring forth a rich history that dates back more than 170 years. CNH Industrial is a solid, major industrial enterprise; a global leader in capital goods, uniting CNH’s agricultural and construction equipment operations with Iveco trucks, commercialand specialty vehicles and FPT Industrial’s broad portfolio of powertrain applications. From tractors and combines, excavators, wheel loaders, trucks, buses, fi refi ghting and civil protection vehicles to powertrain solutions for on and off road and marine, the Group designs, produces and sells ‘machines for work’. Across its 11 brands, 64 manufacturing plants, 49 research and development centers, a workforce of more than 68,000 people and some 6,000 dealers, CNH Industrial is present in 190 countries giving it a unique competitive position.

CNH Industrial offers a full range of agricultural equipment under the New Holland Agriculture and Case IH brands worldwide and under the Steyr brand, exclusively in Europe.

The Case IH brand and red logo embody a tradition of leadership in agricultural equipment. The brand is synonymous with incomparable performance, low operating costs and a high level of reliability. The range of tractors, balers and combine harvesters refl ects the heritage of leading agricultural equipment producers and brands such as Case, International Harvester and David Brown, to name a few. Each brand has played an important role in the history and development of Case IH.Today, Case IH is recognized as a global provider of powerful, reliable and highly productive equipment, principally for large grain producers, and it boasts an organization of fi eld personnel who are committed to providing a high levelof professional services that can optimize managementof an agricultural concern from A to Z.

Since 1895, New Holland has been committed to providing solutions that improve farming effi ciency and productivity by using accessible technology. In 2006 the Clean Energy Leader® strategy was launched for the active promotion of renewable fuels, emissions reduction systems and sustainable agricultural technology. New Holland offers cash crop producers, livestock farmers, contractors, vineyards and groundcare professionals the largest choice of easy-to-operate tractors, harvesters, material handling, seeding equipment: more than 100 product lines and over 400 models. New Holland complements the widest agricultural equipment offering in the world with effi cient Parts&Service support and a range of tailored fi nancial services from a specialist in agriculture. An approachable and professional global dealer network always guarantees total assistance and expert advice season after season. Close to customers in all fi elds, New Holland is the reliable partner to all farmers.

Steyr has been a leading producer of tractors in Austria for more than 65 years. The trademark red-white-red design, created in 1967 for the launch of the Plus line, is today synonymous with high-quality, reliable products. Steyr’s tractors are produced for the “premium” segment and in Austria it holds a signifi cant share of that market segment. It exports 60% of production and its principal export markets are Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. In addition, there has been strong growth in sales to Poland, Hungary, Slovenia and Czech Republik. Nineteen different tractor models are manufactured at the St. Valentin plant in Austria, where signifi cant investments have recently been made. The Steyr Kompakt S, Kompakt, Multi, Profi Classic, Profi , Profi CVT and CVT Series, as well as the municipality, forestry, lawn and industry range of products, testify to the company’s ability to respond rapidly to the ever-changing demands of the market.

Since it was established in Racine, Wisconsin (USA) more than 170 years ago, Case Construction Equipment has built a reputation as a premium manufacturer of a wide range of technologically-advanced products for the construction equipment industry. With more than 90 models carrying the Case name and colors, the brand’s product line up boasts a solution to meet almost every requirement. Equipment such as heavy excavators, wheel loaders, skid steer loaders, mini excavators, and backhoe loaders, have been designed to face extreme climate conditions and operate in high-risk situations. For over more than a century Case has earned an trusted reputation as supplier to armed forces and other specialist organizations around the world engaged in activities such as dismantling land mines and rebuilding communities devastated by natural disasters.

New Holland Construction is a leader in the global construction equipment market.The black and yellow markings symbolize the best in know-how and experience from Fiat Kobelco, O&K, New Holland and Fiat Allis. The merger of their individual strengths and successes gave birth to a brand which embodies a rich heritage. It presents itself in the marketplace as a pioneer in the development of advanced and sophisticated earth-moving technology. Iveco is one of the world leaders in road transportation. It designs, manufactures and sells a wide range of light, medium and heavy commercial vehicles for road and off-road use. The key players in its product line-up are the Daily, a vehicle that covers the 2.8 – 7 ton gross vehicle weight segment, the Eurocargo from 6 – 16 tons, the Trakker (dedicated to off-road missions) and the Stralis, both over 16 tons. CNH Industrial offers a range of light, medium and heavy vehicles for the transportation and distribution of goods through its Iveco brand, commuter buses and touring coaches through the Iveco Bus and Heuliez Bus brands, quarry and mining equipment through Iveco Astra.

Magirus offers a wide range of vehicles and components for use in fi refi ghtingand civil protection. Firefi ghters and rescuers the world over rely on theirversatility and dependability to help others in need.
