i-Token Transaction Signing Flow

Step 1 Normal User inputs transaction details in Corporate Cyberbanking to conduct transaction, e.g. fund transfer.

If the transaction is inputted by normal user, who has no signing authority, and then

signed by another signer - Please see Step 2A

If the user who input the transaction has signing authority, please see Step 2B.

Step 2A Transaction has been inputted. Select the Signer(s) to sign the transaction and tap “submit” to confirm.

Step 2B If the user has signing authority, the user can sign the transaction after verifying the details of the transaction.

Tab “Sign Now” and “Send Push Notification” to proceed and a push notification will be sent to the user’s designated mobile through the BEA App.

Step 3 Signer will receive the push notification through the inbox of the BEA App, click “here” and will be redirected to log in their Corporate Mobile Banking.

Step 4 A confirmation SMS will be sent to the Signer after the

transaction is successfully signed off. For some transactions, an

email will also be sent to your company email address.

Step 5 All the signed transaction records can be checked on Corporate

Cyberbanking under “Cash Management”.

Transaction list is available under “Cash

Management” > “Fund Transfer” > Select the type of

transfer > “Maintain”.

Status:

Valid – Transaction is ready for signing.

Partially signed 1 – Transaction needed to be signed by another signer.

Fully signed – Transaction is signed and ready to send out.

Received by Bank – Transaction need further checking by the bank.

Confirmed – Completed transactions.

Rejected – Transaction is rejected.

Scheduled – The transaction will be executed on the scheduled date.
