CLARION LEEDS 10K CORPORATE CHALLENGE

Jane Tomlinson’s Run For All was established by the late Jane Tomlinson CBE in 2007 and is part of her lasting fundraising legacy. To date, it has raised more than £7m for charity. Jane’s achievements have inspired many to set themselves a personal goal and we hope you and your business will be motivated to join our fantastic challenge in 2015.

A great way to start is by signing up to our popular Clarion Leeds 10K Corporate Challenge! This event will see hundreds of businessmen and women from across the city battle it out to be the first past the finish post in our flagship 10K event on Sunday 12th July 2015.

This well-established event has become one of the region’s largest corporate challenges - and it continues to grow in popularity year on year.

But it’s not just a chance to be part of the 10,000-strong running field – taking part in the Corporate Challenge helps to build team spirit, encourage a sense of health and wellbeing, and makes vital networking opportunities with like-minded contemporaries across the city.

Before the big race day itself, colleagues also get the opportunity to attend an exciting and fun social evening, to be held on Tuesday 7th July at a city centre location.

You can enter a team of any size, as long as there are a minimum of five entrants – there is no upper limit. Entry is £275 for a team of 5. Additional members can be added on a pro-rata basis of £55 per runner.

“For us, the Clarion Leeds 10k Corporate Challenge brings people

from across the business together and creates a great sense of camaraderie.

For three consecutive years our team has grown, as an increasing number of friends and colleagues have volunteered to run on

behalf of the company. In 2014, we entered our largest team yet. The 14 strong team,

which included myself, my wife and son, were overwhelmed by the support we received, both

on the day of the run and through sponsorship. Together we raised over £18,000 for charity –

whilst also having a great team day out!”Danny Sawrij,

Managing Director, Leo Group

“Whatever the weather, rain or shine, everyone has a smile on their face on race day. The atmosphere beforehand is infectious - a mix of nerves and excitement as everyone takes their place. As everyone crosses the finish line they do so with a sense of achievement for themselves and their team. We are incredibly proud to be part of this fabulous event and really want to thank all the businesses that take part. Without all of you, the Corporate Challenge would not be the success it is today, raising money for some very deserving charities.”
