· Our menu prices include disposables and “greenware”.

· Delivery + set-up fees start at 26.00 and are based on order size and destination.

· CURRENT DELIVERY ZONES: WEST LOOP, DOWNTOWN + RIVER NORTH ONLY (other areas by special arrangement).

· All orders must be placed by noon, the day prior and are accepted on a first come, first served basis.

· We recommend sending an email to catering@sunmooncatering to reserve a space on our daily calendar, so that we can accommodate your order.

· Minimum order for delivery is $150.00 (Excluding tax + delivery). Smaller orders are available for pick up from our West Loop location Monday –Friday.

ORDERING POLICIES

DELIVERY + SET UP

· Customer must review and approve proposals for accuracy; we are not responsible for any errors.

· Client must confirm order via email, otherwise we cannot guarantee delivery.

· Confirmed yet cancelled orders are subject to a minimum 50% cancellation fee.

· Payment is due upon receipt.

· Split invoicing is subject to a $5.00 fee per credit card. Please advise us of your request for split invoicing at the time you place your order, or you may incur additional fees.

· Larger functions are subject to a 50% deposit with signed proposal; deposits are non-refundable

· We reserve the right to make substitutions when necessary.

· Prices are subject to change.
