I am pleased to present to you a transformational initiative; on behalf of the CornerStone Leisure and Travel A foundation set up with an ambitious vision; to transform the landscape of Travel and Hospitality Industry in India.

At the outset, let me share with you the thought behind this new initiative.

As we know, a few companies continue to remain the first choice for customers in every city in the country.

Most often, these preferred companies fall in one of these categories (point to the categories):

• there are companies that enjoy many years of rich legacy & a strong local Brand

or

• there are companies known for Consistent and exceptional track record

or

• the companies that are a part of a famous chain of Mother Brand

These preferred Brand also attract high quality of customers and Employees at all times …resulting in better outcomes and reinforced word of mouth.

The Brand Pull will involve : a promotional campaign . This campaign will provide visibility to Cornerstone Member Ventures on a national platform

the Practice push will involve : introduction of a set of best practices in the Company, which will enhance the overall quality across a wide section of functions in the Company.

The impact of the Brand Pull and the Practice push initiatives together , will help the member schools gain a better recognition in the community and be amongst the preferred schools overtime.

Allow me to share with you how the “Brand Pull” initiatives will be carried out

As soon as the venture joins the fraternity of the Cornerstone Leisure and Travel Experts,The company will identify itself as a Cornerstone Venture by…

.adding the Cornerstone branding to its main signage in the Corporate Office or Campus…

the signage shall be prominently displayed at the reception…

…on the Company Buses or transport system…

And the whole environment of the Company…be it the Company prospectus…Company hoarding.. Promotional offers, Brouchure… Coporate bags…and so on..

…once this is done, Conerstone shall release a series of media campaigns targeted at the Client community…

-the agreement term shall be for a period of three years initially, renewable thereafter for a term of another 3 to 5 years .

A fixed fees shall be charged for the engagement payable once a year or in two installments over the year during the contract which is based on the strength of the Venture each year.
