All Hail the Power of Jesus’ NameAll hail the pow’r of Jesus’ name! Let angels prostrate fall, Let angels prostrate fall; Bring forth the royal diadem And crown Him, crown Him, crown Him, crown Him, And crown Him Lord of All

2. Ye Chosen seed of Israel’s race, Ye ran-somed from the fall, Ye ransomed from the fall; Hail Him who saves you by His grace And crown Him, crown Him, crown Him, crown Him And crown Him Lord of all.

3. Let every kindred, every tribe On this ter-restrial ball, On this terrestrial ball; To Him all majesty ascribe, And crown Him, crown Him, crown Him, crown Him And crown Him Lord of all.

4. O that with yonder sacred throng We at this feet may fall, We at His feet may fall! We’ll join the everlasting song, And crown Him, crown Him, crown Him, crown Him And crown Him Lord of all.

The Church’s One FoundationThe Church’s one foundation Is Jesus Christ, her Lord; She is His new creation By water and the Word: From heav’n he came and sought her To be His holy bride; With His own blood He bought her, And for her life He died.

3.’Mid toil and tribulation And tumult of her war, She waits the consummation Of peace forevermore; Till with the vision glorious Her longing eyes are blest, And the great Church victorious Shall be the Church at rest.

4. Yet she on earth hath union With God, the Three in One, And mystic, sweet com-munion With those whose rest is won: O happy ones and holy! Lord, give us grace that we Like them, the meek and lowly, On high may dwell with Thee.

Send the LightThere’s a call comes ringing o’er the restless wave, “Send the light! Send the light !” There are souls to rescue; there are souls to save. Send the light! Send the light!

Refrain:Send the light, the blessed gospel light; Let it shine from shore to shore! Send the light, the blessed gospel light; Let it shine forevermore!

EverlastingFrom everlasting to everlasting, You are God From everlasting to everlasting, You are God

In holiness You stand secure, through culture’s shifting sands Unchanged by all the vanities of man And as the nations rise and fall Your sovereignty remains. You are, You are, You are the one true God.

From everlasting to everlasting, You are God From everlasting to everlasting, You are God

In faithfulness Your love extends, through times of turbulence Adopting those who call upon Your name. And every genera-tion joins in songs of grateful praise. You are, You are, You are the one true God.

From everlasting to everlasting, You are God From everlasting to everlasting, You are God

Eternal (Eternal), Immortal (Immortal), Invisible (Invisible), God. Eternal (Eternal), Immortal (Immortal), Invisible (Invisible), God

From everlasting to everlasting, You are God From everlasting to everlasting, You are God From everlasting to everlasting, You are God From everlasting to everlast-ing, You are God You are God.

How Deep the Father’s Love for UsHow deep the Father’s love for us, how vast beyond all measure! That He should give His only son, and make a wretch His treasure. How great the pain of searing loss, the Father turns His face away. As wounds which mar the Chosen One, bring many sons to glory.

2. Behold the Man upon the cross, my sin upon His shoulders. Ashamed I hear my mocking voice, call out among the scoffers. It was my sin that held Him there until it was accomplished. His dying breath has brought me life I know that it is finished.

3. I will not boast in anything— no gifts, no power , no wisdom. But I will boast in Jesus Christ, His death and resurrection. Why should I gain from His reward? I cannot give an answer. But this I know with all my heart, His wounds have paid my ransom.

Why should I gain from His reward? I can-not give an answer. But this I know with all my heart, His wounds have paid my ransom.

Give ThanksGive thanks with a grateful heart Give thanks to the Holy One Give thanks because He’s given Jesus Christ His Son (Repeat)

Chorus:And now let the weak say I am strong Let the poor say I am rich Because of what the Lord has done for us (Repeat)Give thanks.

(Continued from page 3)"The teachers are like family," Singla said. And Carol and Cheryl feel the same way.

Though the English at Home Program requires only a three-month commitment from its volunteers, Carol and Cheryl have far exceeded that time as they con-tinue working with this family, and they're still going strong.

Singla has been through her share of hardship. But now she has a home, an education, and a family that now includes her two American teachers.

A gift for SinglaShe moved to the U. S. at 61 years of age to start a new life with her family, after living

in a refugee camp for 23 years. She cannot read or write in her native Napali. You could say she's been through her share of hardship. But… Not long after her arrival in the U.S., she was diagnosed with lung cancer. Since then she's endured: chemo…hospital stays…

mountains of paperwork and hair loss. In spite of all of this, Singla is not alone on her journey. She has family, a precious gift. And she has more.

All those medical papers for her cancer treatments? Singla can do what she thought she'd never be able to do—she can sign her own name. At 61, Singla learned to write her name in English, not knowing that she'd need this skill in the very

near future for the hardship that awaited. Singla also has a beautiful, hand-knit hat that she wears with pride to cover the loss of her hair. These two seemingly small things are tokens of another gift that Singla received when she came to the U.S. Two gifts, actually — educa-tion and friendship.

Singla was matched with a volunteer ESL tutor through the English at Home Program with New American Pathways. Each week, tutors, Carol Hamilton and Cheryl McIntosh come to Singla's home to work with her and her daughter-in-law, Sukmati, on their English. In the months prior to Singla's diagnosis, Carol helped Singla learn the English alphabet, how to introduce herself, and how to write her name. Carol and Cheryl became close friends of the family.

When Singla was diagnosed with cancer, she decided to stop studying English for the time being as she was worn out by the chemo treatments and travails of cancer. But Carol didn't stop visiting her friend.

Carol elected to stay connected with the family by switching to tutoring Singla's daugh-ter, Bhim, while Cheryl continued to study with Sukmati. Carol and Cheryl see Singla nearly every week when they come for tutoring, and Singla is nearly always wearing the hat that Carol knit her. She also wears a broad smile when she sees her friends.

most pressing prayer request is that the problem with her left hip will resolve itself SOON. It began to give her problems when she had to have radiotherapy for the radiating pain in her rib cage. She is sure she was walking funny or something and put stress on an already compro-mised hip joint formerly with cancer in it. She has been instructed to be non-weight bearing for 2 weeks and see if this helps (not easy when you live alone). Her two younger sisters flew over for 10 days to give her a hand in February.

4. Today is Paul Schmidt’s birthday. Pray it will be a special day and year for him and Kathy as they serve the Lord wherever He leads. Paul just returned from India where he was checking a translation of the book of Mark and supervis-ing two Consultants in Training. Praise God for the success of this important work and for Paul's safe return to Dallas.

5. Thank the Lord for Tammy Kocher who is celebrating her birthday today. We are so blessed to have the Kocher family as part of church body. Rob and his office staff at the AFCI International Office have a big project due by the time of the financial audit in May. While a couple of months away, the project is large enough that it will be tight to meet this dead-line, especially because of staff travel schedules. Please pray they will finish the project, done in excellent time and quality. The project is a full accounting manual for our procedures at the International Office. Tammy’s fibromyalgia has been causing her more pain than normal as of late. Please pray that they can find a remedy for this. Perhaps the Lord will even grant to remove the pain altogether.

= Pray for Grant Gossling, and for his family — for strength and grace and wis-dom for decisions that must be made. Ask God to be there in every moment … and to heal this little one.

Please remember the following special missions requests taken from our monthly prayer guide. Numbers refer to days of the month.

28. Thank God for our wonderful music min-istry. Pray for Sandra Clements and Shirsten Dreyer as they are practicing for the upcoming Tenebrae service on Friday, March 25th. Pray for Steve Steele as he continues to line up the fantastic praise singers. And thank God for the super job that Jim Greer does during our time of praise!

29. Pray for Deborah Johnson and the Lilburn-Coop Ministry. Pray that the giving will continue in abundant love. Pray for the people who do not have homes and warmth in this cold weather.

1. Pray for Cliff and Judy Anderson. Please pray all month that Judy will remain stable in her health issues. Pray that John Anderson's (the Anderson's son) ministry, "Life of Impact," will continue to grow. Praise that the YMCA's desire to have a Fishing Academy has been an outgrowth of "Riley's Catch." Judy and Cliff are so fortunate to have their four granddaughters (ages almost 10, 8, 6, and 4) living in the same house with them and their parents. They are such a blessing and are growing in their relation-ship with Jesus.

2. Pray for the Missions Committee as they try to stay on top of all the missionaries’ needs. Pray for wisdom as they try to make any changes to improve our missions conference. Pray for wisdom for the people on the committee as they make decisions as to which missionaries need help and when. Pray that our body will “hear and act” on the messages heard from our guest speakers, Norm and David Geisler. What inspiring speakers they were! Pray we will submit our will to His will for us in missions. Pray that a lot of our new young couples will continue to learn more about our missionaries and will desire to help care for them.

3. Please pray for Mary Ann Steffy. Her
