To keep the Traverse Cord from becoming tangled with Rollers, Tension Pulley gives enough tension to the cord. There are three types available. Installation on the floor or the wall is possible.
Support Pulleys
Support pulleys can be used for guiding Traverse Cords to avoid obstructions, or to change the operating location of stage curtains or skylights.

1. Thread the cord as indicated in the figure.2. Thread the cord through the cord band of the Master Roller Left.3. Thread the cord through single and double pulleys as indicated in the figure.4. Tie the Traverse Cord at the right Master Roller.

1. Insert Rollers in the rail.2. Secure single and double pulleys at each end with end stops.
Slack adjustment3
1. Pull the Traverse Cord, and move Master Rollers toward each end.2. Pull the left cord band of the Master Roller using the pliers, and hook the Traverse Cord as indicated in the figure.

To keep the Traverse Cord from becoming tangled with Rollers, Tension Pulley gives enough tension to the cord. There are three types available. Installation on the floor or the wall is possible.
Support Pulleys
Support pulleys can be used for guiding Traverse Cords to avoid obstructions, or to change the operating location of stage curtains or skylights.

*When a deeper overlap is required, overlap the rails.
*When installing a cord draw rail, the overall length is the length of the rail plus single pulley and double pulley (A + B) dimensions.
* The Theatrac uses an inner type single pulley.
•Traverse Cord length Cut to the length equivalent to (Total rail length x 2) + (Installation height x 2) 500 mm/20".

1. Thread the cord as indicated in the figure.2. Thread the cord through the cord band of the Master Roller Left.3. Thread the cord through single and double pulleys as indicated in the figure.4. Tie the Traverse Cord at the right Master Roller.
Assembly method2
1. Insert Rollers in the rail.2. Secure single and double pulleys at each end with end stops.
Slack adjustment3
1. Pull the Traverse Cord, and move Master Rollers toward each end.2. Pull the left cord band of the Master Roller using the pliers, and hook the Traverse Cord as indicated in the figure.
