The master plan was created to guide future development of this proposed community. Positioned between two growing communities, the project required significant coordination between the jurisdictions. The diverse community plan included schools, senior living campus, mixed-use commercial space, varying housing types with interconnected green spaces and trails providing pedestrian circulation throughout. Sustainable design principles, walk-ability and easy access to green space from nearly all residential lots was integrated into the project.
