• Design the network and telephone ports diagram of new SC Office in N’orch building send to decoration company.


• Finish Approval report for PCs, Printers, Barcode readers and UPS.

• Finish Approval report for Network Devices.

• Co-worker with GA to design a small Data center room.


Hai Phong Project


• Finish the contract and appendix with suppliers about relocation Office.

• Design the network and telephone numbers diagrams for new office.

• Co-work with supplier following the schedule to move this Office.

• Modify the program of maintaining break-month calculation.

• So that we can implement into processing office staff salary.

• HR doesn’t have to do it manually for those who come to Cathay or resign in middle of month.

• All payment functions are supported by ID payment and bank transfer:

• Reject insurance• Claim, Policy loan• Surrender• Not taken• Changing main product, rider• Changing occupation, personal data

• If this policy is employee case, system will show the message to remind user.

• Following the decision of Policy Admin that is sell product in suburban.

• The suburban case follow some condition below must be able to sell : Payment mode is yearly. The first payment is over 5 million

• Customer may want to change collector or the collector resign.

• We develop a function to maintain the collector’s number, so CS can use this function to modify the policy collector.

• Endorsement is used to attach into insurance policy after processing “Policy owner service” in order to comment this policy has already been changed successfully.

• The Endorsement printing function has some improvement:

• Generate printing date after print out

• Two additional searching methods – search all, not printed



• Ascending and Descending column sorting – sort column by single click the table header

• Paging the result into smaller page



• Edit the call center data’s assignment in system. The confirmation call will be transfer to CS.
