My energy level is increasing.

I am taking better care of my body than Iever have before. My choice of foods isimproving as I become more aware ofwhat I am putting into my body. Each day,I drink plenty of water and eat a healthybreakfast to help start my day off right.

My meals are loaded with fruits andvegetables, which are excellent sources ofenergy and low in fat.

To keep a high level of energy, I makeevery effort to stay active. I take timeeach morning to stretch my musclesand I get some exercise every day.

Throughout the day, I look for simpleways to keep my body moving. Byparking my vehicle far away from where Iam going and taking stairs instead ofelevators, I increase my level of activity,thus raising my overall sense ofwell-being.

Being active increases blood flow to mybrain and causes me to have even moreenergy. The cycle of a healthy andvigorous lifestyle begins by being active.

Getting sufficient rest is vital to my energylevel. Within me, I find the self-control toturn off all devices and distractions andgive myself the gift of sleep. I love myselfenough to stick to a bedtime in orderto get plenty of rest.

When I get enough sleep, my energy levelsoars. I wake up in a positive mood,happy, and ready to face the day.

Today, I choose to get plenty of rest, drinkwater, stay active and eat healthy toincrease my vitality. As my body feelsbetter, my performance level improves.

My memory is sharp.

I have a great memory. I am able to learnnew information, recall old details, andmemorize data. I take care of my body inorder to maintain my memory in goodhealth.

I eat nutritious foods that promote healthybrain development. The foods I feed mybody help me improve my attentionspan. I get enough sleep for my body tofunction properly. Eating a healthy dietand getting enough rest is a requirementfor me to stay alert.

When I am learning new material, I makesure that I understand it rather than justmemorize it. I use mnemonic devices,rhymes, and acronyms to assist me whenrecalling information.

I engage my senses by using pictures,scents, and musical cues to aid inmemorization. I use crossword puzzles,number puzzles, and brainteaser games totest my memory and keep it sharp.

When I want to remember a detail such assomeone's name, I repeat it to myself overand over and say it out loud inconversation. I link the name to theperson's face to ensure that I memorize it.

I can recall the events of previous days,months, and years. I am able to rememberwhere I put small items. I can easilylocate my keys, cell phone, and walletby paying attention to what I do andmaking mental notes of events.

Today, I choose to strengthen my memoryby taking care of my brain. I breathedeeply to allow sufficient oxygen to flowto my brain, maximizing its capacity.

The food that I put into my body mattersto my overall quality of life.

My weight is affected by my nutrition. I eathealthy so I can maintain a healthy weight. When I look in the mirror, I like whatI see. I take the steps necessary to keepmy body strong and vibrant.

The image I have of my own bodyimproves as my health improves. Myconfidence grows each time I look in themirror and see my healthy body. My newconfidence empowers me to take risks andtry new challenges.

My appearance reflects the types of foods Ieat. Nutritious foods give my skin anatural, healthy glow. I improve my skin'selasticity, tone, and texture by eatinghealthy foods.

My energy level is affected by the foodsthat I eat. Foods high in sugar may giveme a temporary boost, but leave mefeeling tired. Fruits and vegetables packedwith vitamins give my body a natural burstof energy.

The boost I get from carbonated drinks istemporary. I enjoy caffeinated beveragesvery rarely. I save money and improvemy health when I cut back on sodaand coffee.

My family is greatly affected by what I eat. My children are learning habitsabout food by watching my example. I eat a variety of fruits and vegetables toteach my children to try different foods.

Today, I choose to eat nutritious food toimprove my overall happiness in life. Allthings are inter-connected, starting withmy health. I eat nutritiously so that I mayenjoy a healthy body and mind.

I choose to make my personal well-beinga priority. When I take care of myself first,I have more time and energy to devote tothe people I love. Therefore, I carve outtime for myself and protect that time.

I am in good physical condition because Ichoose to make choices that support myhealthy lifestyle. Because of these healthychoices, I am fit and full of energy to offerothers. I ensure that I get enough rest tobe adequately prepared for the day ahead. Only then do I embark on satisfyingthe requests of others.

When I begin to feel overly stressed, Iremember that I must tend to my personalwell-being. I take a moment to relax andfigure out the most efficient method ofgoing about my responsibilities. I respondto stress by seeking the option thatnourishes me best.

Sometimes, I must rely on others to helpme. I am comfortable asking for helpwhen I need it. I delegate tasks androutinely enlist the aid of others to lightenmy load. Because I'm comfortable askingfor help, my load is lighter and I havemore to give others in return.

I delegate and outsource tedious tasks tofree my time to pursue what matters mostto me. When I pursue my passions, I amhappier and everyone around me ishappier, too. The process of delegatingand outsourcing tedious tasks allows meto regain hours of productivity each week.

Today, I dedicate a few minutes to myself.I choose to maintain both my physical andmental health. Indulging in a little "me"time is the best remedy to stress.
