• 2/3 of adults and 1/3 of children and teens are currently obese or overweight.
• Since 1980, the number of obese adults has doubled.
• Skyrocketing numbers with obese children since 1970– Ages 6-11 x 4– Ages 12 – 19 x 3

Nutrition Deficit Disorder (NDD)

• Foods grown not manufactured• Naturally Colorful• Usually can be eaten raw• Low in calories & high in nutrients• Includes all fruits & vegetables• Eat as much as you want
