HOW WE ARE MAKING A DIFFERENCE

We launched our Women In DevOps initiative in

2017 specifically to address the issue of gender

imbalance in our market.

It is a pioneering not-for-profit with a strong on-

line presence and event meet-ups devoted to

empowering diversity and inclusion and

celebrating the achievement of women in digital

technology.

Our Director founded the award-winning social

enterprise Ex-Military careers, which offers

employment and training courses to make a real

difference the lives of ex-forces men and women.

We partnered with Glitch, a not-for-profit organisation

that exists to end online abuse by running workshops

in schools on online abuse and harassment.

Our partnerships enables us to have exclusive access

to another diverse talent pool, unique to Trust In Soda.

We launched our podcast series in 2017 to

showcase live guest interviews with market

leading experts to discuss all things digital as

well as trends, experiences and anything

technology related.

Glitch our community partner, completed a

glitch takeover episode to discuss the 'Ethics Of
