During a Business Simulation we simulate business processes and scenarios that are recognized by the participants. The environment is challenging and realistic.

Participants will have to design their own processes and work

together as a team. They will have to execute and improve their processes and agreed ways of working. Most simulations consist of a number of rounds, this gives teams the chance to reflect, discuss and learn to improve.

    Understanding the Corporate Pain Points

  • Copyright 2014 ITpreneurs. All rights reserved.

Ive sent a group of 15 of my IT-staff to a 3-day Foundation course. They came back, all certified, but

not too enthusiast of the "bit boring" slides bombardment. But most of all, in the months after the course they returned to their normal day to day way of working. In short: nothing really changed in terms

of better service for our customers

We introduced a new framework in our department, but somehow it

doesn't bring the improvement, the change we hoped for...

We started a new way of working and in the beginning all looked fine and promising, but somewhere along the road we lost momentum, the people that were

against all this in the first place, gained influence in their negative outlook. We need to re-establish our

goals and objectives, we need new energy !

We have several problems and basically the vast majority of the

company, including myself !, wants change. We don't know

    where to go though...

    The Business Simulations Market

  • Copyright 2014 ITpreneurs. All rights reserved.

The cry for alternative learning experience is definitely growing The idea that games/simulations can help in change programs too. Simagine has been in this business for 20 years now and like many others

have surfed the economic conjuncture. At this moment we see great opportunities in the partnership with

ITpreneurs and in developments like our Hands-on programs, Devops, Cloud, Lean etc.

All subjects and fields that could benefit from simulations immensely, I'm convinced of that.

Simulations are essential in the transfer from theory to practice.
