with our regular hours. We are continuously monitoring the situation and will keep the health

and safety of our patients, employees and our community as our priority.

We have upgraded our services by now offering telehealth through DOXYme. Our office staff

will work with you to schedule your telehealth and regular office visits. To access your

telehealth appointment you do not need to create an account with DOXYme.

SCHEDULING YOURAPPOINTMENT

When scheduling your appointment you will be asked if

you are having any of the following symptoms:

·       Runny Nose

·       Dry Cough

·       Low-grade fever

·       Shortness of breath

We will also ask if you have traveled in the last 2 weeks to

the following places- Europe, China, New York and if you

have we ask that you reschedule your appointment in

two weeks if you do not have symptoms.

If you are experiencing these symptoms, we ask

that you reschedule or cancel. If you show up

with any of these symptoms, we will not be able to let

you into the clinic and we ask that you contact

your primary health care provider.

We ask that you please not bring any visitors with

you at his time unless you the patient are disabled

mentally or physically. If visitors choose to come with you

to your appointment, we will not be able to allow them

into the building but they are welcome to use their cell

phones to listen during the visits.

NO GUESTS/CAREGIVERSWe have taken measures to minimize the number of guests in our clinic.  NO CAREGIVERS AND/OR GUESTSARE ALLOWED IN THE CLINIC (unless you are a new patient and/or need physical assistance while gettingthrough our office) as we promote social distancing.  All caregivers and/or guests are advised to wait outsideour office.

CALLING AHEADAll appointments will be CALLED AHEAD OF TIME AND SCREENED, encouraging anyone with COVID-19symptoms NOT TO VISIT the clinic.

CLINIC SIGNAGESignage will be placed on the door of every lobby regarding Ironwood Cancer & Research Centers COVID-19POLICES AND PROCEDURES.  Please take time to read all our Ironwood Cancer & Research Centers signage.

TEMPERATURE READINGSANY PERSON entering the clinic will have a temperature taken at the front desk.  This includes patients,caregivers, pharmaceutical reps or any guest of the practice.

PATIENT IDENTIFICATIONOnce your temperature has been taken, you will be provided a form of PATIENT IDENTIFICATION with yourtemperature printed on it.  Please retain the documentation with your temperature on it during your entireappointment.

FEVER & SYMPTOMSIf you have a FEVER > 100.4 F OR HAVE HAD RESPIRATORY ILLNESS, you will be given a mask and may be askedto wait outside in the hall for further direction.

HIGH RISK SITUATIONThe front office will contact one of our Ironwood Cancer & Research Centers nurses to attend to you.
