4. Subject personnel shall not be interrogated on the circumstances of their exp0ri.ences in escape, evasion, release, or internment; except by authorized·agencies. Personnel authorized to rece:l.ve types of infor­mation covered by this circular will be designated by the Assistant Chief of Staff, G-2, United Nations Oomrooncl. Only such authorized personnel will conduct formal interrogations. Interrogees have the righ·c to demand identifications and authorizations for conducting these interrogations, and will not allow themselves to be questioned by any person who cannot produce such documents.
