Copper Wires OFHC (Oxygen-free High Conductivity Copper) Alloy 102.Copper Wires OFHC

All high conductivity coppers contain some oxygen because of the copper refining process but some applications require copper with the highest purity and lowest oxygen levels, known as Oxygen-Free High Conductivity Copper (OFHC).

102 alloy (Cu-OF) has a minimum copper percentage of 99.95% and the maximum oxygen of 0.001% (up to 10 ppm).

This alloy is manufactured with pure copper cathode, which is melted in a furnace exposed to the protected environment with a thick layer of graphite, ensuring of almost 100% non-oxygen.
