    Ms. Chillin D1404

Here is our first image. Lets start with her skin.

Skin: Color, in a small circular motion, with E50, Shade

around hair and shadow areas with E00 and then blend

    with E50.

Hair: Hair and all Copic coloring is the same way, base

color first, darker color, blend with original color. So

E31 first.E35 for darker brunette hair. Blend with E31.

Add E37 for darkest areas of hair, blend with E35.

You can add highlights with the Blender Pen. The

Blender Pen (BP) can also clean up when you color out

of the lines. Lie the pen flat next to the color outside

the line. PUSH the color back into the colored area.

You really are using the blender solution to PUSH the

color back to where it belongs. So this mean that:

    1. You definitely dont want to use too muchsolution to push the color or it tends to bleed.

    2. Youll need to PRACTICE!! **Caution:Copicmastery becomes an addiction!!**

Hair finished and outside the lines coloring PUSHED

    back into place.

    Nowon to the Jeans:

    Best Jeans Color Combo: B32, B34, B37

This is the combo recommended by many of the best

Copic users in our Paper Crafting World. I like how they

turn out. So repeat the same steps. B32 all over.B34

where the jeans would naturally be darker and

    shadows.

Then BLEND the colors together with B32. Now this

doesnt mean blend AWAY the B34, which does

happen!! Ive done it many times.lol. Then continue

on with B37, blend with B34. And finish blending and

clean up with your blender pen.

And there are your finished jeans!! They look pretty

    good!

Tip: If you are burning dinner, just walk away from your

Copic creation and dont worry!! Because these are

Copics, the ink will act like you just put it on even if it

dries. Marianne, the rep for Copics, told me that she

has re-wet images up to 2 years after the originally

    coloring.

To re-wet your image: use the lightest color and wet

or go over the entire area again. Youll be able to start

where you left off without a problem.

Now on to her shirt. First color entire area with RV10.

Then use RV13 and RV14 to darken at shadows. Now, I

am gonna assume that this chick has some cleavage so I

    am darkening under her bosom.

And after blending, here is your final image.

Tip: If the BACK of your paper is saturated with color,

you did GREAT!! Copics absorb into the paper and will

bleed to the back when used correctly. This is why

having a scratch piece of paper behind your work is

sooooo important. If your paper is on a desk surface, it

will move around and create all kinds of havoc for ya.

So here is the back of our girl, youll see that we did

    pretty good!!
