Description / deliverable

The capacity to compile a business plan is a vital competence for entrepreneurs. The strategic planning including business segment, market and sourcing selection are essential for a successful business. AAA shall offer the tools for compiling such a plan as well the platform for challenges on the strategy.

Issues like branding of product and company as well as the communication strategy are essential. Organization setup and human resource strategies to be included. The business plan development is primarily meant to support the entrepreneur on the development of the company, however

could also be used to compile for example bankable reports.
