“The position location of antenna sites shall be determined to an accuracy of no less than ±1 second in the horizontal dimensions (latitude and longitude) and ±1 meter in the vertical dimension (ground elevation) with respect to the National Spacial Reference System.”

• Determine what accuracy is appropriate?
– Is 1 second required for all frequency bands?
– Is 1 meter required for all frequency bands?
• Should frequency coordinators operate with a separate accuracy standards?

• Correct database errors to meet FAA/FCC rules– Fees waived by FCC for corrections?– What is procedure?
• How are the coordinates and elevation to be determined?• Coordinate frequencies again?
– Cost?
• All new frequency coordination's must have “verifiable” coordinate accuracy– OR frequencies are not guaranteed
• Dithering affected site coordinates to determine effect on calculated interference

I have not mentioned the methods and tools for determining coordinates and elevations which has its own set of challenges and solutions
I welcome more participants in the WG3 Coordinate Accuracy subcommittee
