Friday 4th Niall Murphy A Coffee Morning With a Twist 10am –12pm 25 Join us for a coffee morning with a twist. Come along for a demonstration of fabulous pastries followed by a relaxing coffee and enjoy the freshly baked pastries. It is the perfect recipe for a very fun-filled, sociable morning. Wednesday 9th D|F Tutors Knife Skills 7pm – 9.30pm 75 This is a great opportunity to learn how to chop and carve like a professional. This very popular class is a blend of demonstrations and hands on where you will learn not only which knife to use and when but also how to care for your knives, chop vegetables and also how to perfectly carve meats. Friday 11th John Desmond All about Soufflé 7pm – 9.30pm 60 We are delighted to welcome John Desmond from Island Cottage, Heir Island, Skibbereen, Co. Cork. John's successful restaurant on Heir Island has attracted guests and tourists over by his menu based on seasonal local produce including fish, duck and lamb. John is a master of soufflés and will be demonstrating these on this evening to take the fear and mystery out of making these at home. Audrey Gargan will demonstrate a mix of traditional sushi recipes and vegetarian recipes with a twist to show that’s is not all about raw fish !! Then you get the chance to make your very own Sushi to enjoy with a glass of wine. Saturday 26th Donal Skehan Donal Skehan 10am – 12.30pm 75 We are delighted to welcome back the "Kitchen Hero" to host a demonstration morning. Donal is best known as one of Ireland's young cookery stars, he is a home cook, TV chef and author. Donal will present dishes from his best selling books and forthcoming TV series.
