This Form should be filled in by BOBS bonus winners who wish a bonus to be converted AUTOMATICALLY(until further notice) from cash to a BOBS "Double Up " Voucher and used to purchase any BOBS eligible racehorse/s being sold at public auctions in Australia or New Zealand by participating Sales Companies. Voucher can also be used to pay for BOBS stallion service fees of participating stallions.This form must be sent in no later than twenty (20) business days after the bonus has been won and used within 24 months of the date of the race won.
